Changing a Response Due Date

The response due date can be changed from the response record.

  1. From the response record, click Other Actions > Change Response Due Date.
    Result: The Change Response Due Date window is displayed.
  1. Enter a new date in the Response Due Date field.
  2. Enter a reason for the change in the Rationale field.
  3. Click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
  4. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The due date is changed.
